This reminds me of some tank girl pictures I have seen, the details are amazing and the overall effect is stunning.

This has a fairly innocent and bubbly vibe, as well as a cutesy, darkish vibe. It's pretty well done. The only suggestions I have are, her neck is just barely too long, and that the little lightning bolt on her shirt could be a bit lower.

Valerie sounds an awful lot like Emily the strange

It seems pretty good for MS paint (thats what you're using, right?) so kudos on that. The only things I really don't like about this piece is that her hair goes up so high and that it kind of lacks originality.
